Shipping policy

The shipping rates can be found here.

The operator undertakes to send the goods to the buyer as soon as possible, usually 3-4 business days, but no later than the statutory date, i.e. within 30 days from the contract settlement date. In the case of payment by credit card over the Internet via a payment gateway, bank transfer, via PayPal or Apple Pay, the operator will send the goods only after the payment has been credited to his bank account.

Packaging and postage are charged to the consumer according to the selected services (package to hands, package to the post office), always calculated in the recapitulation of the order and included in the total value of the invoice.

The seller is not liable for damages caused by delayed shipment or delivery of goods for any reason.

The buyer acquires ownership of the purchased goods by taking it over. Upon receipt of the goods, the risk of damage to the goods also passes to the buyer.

The delivery includes a proof of purchase of goods, which states the date of sale, designation of goods, purchase price and information about the seller.

Upon receipt of the goods from the carrier, the buyer is obliged to check the integrity of the packaging of the goods and in case of any defects immediately notify the carrier. By signing the delivery note, the buyer confirms that the packaging of the consignment containing the goods has not been damaged.

In the event that for reasons on the part of the buyer it is necessary to deliver the goods repeatedly or in a different way than specified in the order, the buyer is obliged to pay the costs associated with repeated delivery of goods, such as costs associated with another method of delivery.

If the buyer does not pick up the goods previously ordered by him, the seller is not obliged to send him the goods with a new order that has not yet been paid or may demand payment in advance.
