Many of us know that hot chocolate can warm us up, improve our mood and give us a feeling of cosiness. That might be really pleasant in the chilly autumn or cold winter evening.
You will need:
- Vanilla pod
- Cinnamon stick
- Liter of milk - you can experiment here by either taking dairy milk or plant-based milk (almond, soy, oatmeal, etc.)
- Chocolate bar - 150 g
- Sugar to your taste
- Nutmeg
Instructions:
Cut a vanilla pod and peel the seeds. Put milk, vanilla and cinnamon stick into a pan and make it boil. After boiling, remove the pan from the heat and add the broken pieces of chocolate. Stir the mixture until the chocolate melts. Thoroughly beat the mixture until foamy and add sugar to taste. Serve in cups, sprinkled with nutmeg.
Hot chocolate is not only tasty, but also has many health benefits!
